How to access Leads data in Leads Center
Instant forms is a landing page feature that allows you to collect leads directly within TikTok. The lead data from your instant form will be available for you to follow up with your prospective customers.
Before you begin
You can access the lead data:
In TikTok Ads Manager.
In the Leads Center.
Note: TikTok Ads Manager only stores lead data for 90 days.
How to access Leads data in Leads Center
To access leads data in leads center:
Log into TikTok Ads Manager.
Click Tools.
Click Leads.
Click the download icon on the top right corner of the navigation banner.
You can download the leads by selected time range.
