Last updated: March 2026

TikTok Business Center is a central space to help manage your business and ads on TikTok. Adding members lets you grant them permissions to manage your assets, accounts, and finance features.

Note: Each Business Center can have up to 4,000 members.

    • Basic roles:

      • Admin: Full access to all features in the Business Center.

      • Standard: Access to and can only work on accounts and assets they are assigned to.

    • Finance roles:

      • Finance manager: Full control of all features related to finance and payments.

  8. (Optional) Select the data permissions you want to assign to the member.

    • In the Grant access section, select one or more accounts and assets, and then set the desired access level for the member. The access levels you can assign will vary by the type of account or asset.

    • Note: You can efficiently bulk-assign permissions for multiple account and asset types at the same time to streamline your workflow.

    • For TikTok account permissions:

      • If you want to prevent members from publishing posts that appear on the profile of a TikTok account, assign the Show through ads only permission. Members assigned this permission won't be able to toggle off the "Show through ads only" setting in Ads Manager when creating Spark Ads by pushing content to this TikTok account from any linked ad account.

      • If you want to allow members to publish posts that appear on the profile of a TikTok account, assign the Show on TikTok profile and in ads permission. Members assigned this permission will be able to toggle the "Show through ads only" setting on or off in Ads Manager when creating Spark Ads by pushing content to this TikTok account from any linked ad account.

  9. Click Save.

Note: An invitation will be sent to the email you provided. If the new member doesn't receive your invitation, click their email address in the Users tab and click Resend request.
