Can the access be passed back to the agency ad account after the access has been given to the brand Business Center?
The brand will have to delete access from its Business Center. After deletion, the agency ad account will have access back.
What will happen after the agencies transfer their leads from their agency ad account to the brand Business Center?
After transferring Leads Access Permission to Brand Business Center, the Brand Business Center admin can customize who has access to the leads. The agency can continue managing Lead Gen campaigns and access reporting. But can't access leads.
If the agency has connected its CRM system with TikTok Lead Gen, its connection will be disabled. Brand Business Center admin can integrate their CRM with agency TikTok Lead Gen campaigns.
Brands will ONLY have access to leads. The rest of the campaign setup and reporting will still be accessible by the agency only.
How can a brand sign up for Business Center?
The brand can create a regular Business Center via the following steps:
Go to the official website and click Sign Up. https://business.tiktok.com/
From the login page, click Sign up now.
Input the required information, then click Register to enter your new Business Center.
