Message Assistant, previously known as TikTok Lead Genie, is an AI-powered chatbot for Business Accounts that responds to customer inquiries on TikTok direct messages instantly and conversationally, day or night.

Before you begin

Make sure your TikTok account is a Business Account. Message Assistant is currently available only in select countries and regions. You can check the list of supported countries here.

How to activate Message Assistant

You can update the knowledge base for your Message Assistant from either the TikTok app or from TikTok Leads Center on a web browser.
