How to assign a member access to an Account Group

An Account Group is a collection of ad accounts in TikTok Business Center. When you create an Account Group, you can easily assign permission for the collection of ad accounts to your Business Center members.

Before you begin

• Only Business Center Admins can assign members access to an Account Group.

• Ensure that you have created an Account Group.

How to assign a member access to an Account Group

To assign a member access to an Account Group:

1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

2. Click Users in the left-hand menu.

3. In the Action column for the member that you want to assign Account Group access, click Add accounts.

4. Click Assign access by group.

5. Select an Account Group and the permission level you want to assign. You can choose one of the following roles:

   • Admin: Admins can manage account settings and members, create and edit campaigns and performance reports, and manage payments and finances.

   • Operator: Operators can create and manage campaigns and view campaign performance data.

   • Analyst: Analysts can view campaigns and all performance-related data.

6. Click Save.

You have now assigned a member access to an Account Group.
