With a Website Traffic audience, you can create an audience of users who have visited or taken a specific action on your website.
Before you create a Website Traffic audience:
You must set up the TikTok Pixel and define the event you want to track. Learn more about TikTok Pixel.
You need a minimum audience size of 1,000 to target Custom Audiences in an ad group.
To create a Website Traffic audience:
Go to the Audience section under Tools.
Click on Create Audience.
Choose Custom Audience.
Select Website Traffic.
Under Include, select the type of event and time period and pixel name/ID.
Note: We provide various lookback windows.
Click the Add more rules icon.
Choose Broaden Audience to create an audience with one event type OR another event type, or Narrow Audience to create an audience with one event type AND another event type.
Click Exclude People and enter the event type and time period if you want to exclude certain users from being added to your list. Skip this step if you want to include everyone.
Turn on/off Auto-Refresh. The default status of the auto-refresh toggle is turned on for custom audiences. Learn more about custom audience auto-refresh.
Name your audience.
Click Confirm to create the audience.
