You can deactivate your TikTok for Business account through a series of self-serve steps.
The following are prerequisites before you can deactivate your TikTok for Business account:
Leave all Business Center accounts where you have standard permissions.
Close all Business Center accounts where you and others are the assigned admins.
Close all Business Center accounts where you are the only assigned admin.
Delete all TikTok One accounts you created.
Delete all Developer Apps you created.
Close all Market Scope accounts you created.
Close all TikTok Shops you created.
Unlink all TikTok Shops you have access to.

To deactivate your TikTok for Business account:
Log in to your TikTok for Business account.
Navigate to the Settings page of the TikTok for Business account.
Click Personal Info.
In the upper right corner, click Deactivate account.
Complete the account checklist.
Note: The deactivation process will not begin until all account closure checks are complete.
After you complete the checklist, click Next.
Confirm you want to close the account and click Confirm deactivation.
Note: Once you deactivate your account, you will not be able to log in to the account anymore unless you reactivate your account and will no longer receive promotion notifications.
Enter the verification code sent to your phone number or email address and click Confirm.
