If your ad account was suspended, you should try to resolve the issues with your ads or account. If you think the suspension was a mistake, you can submit an appeal to Customer Support. If you don't submit an appeal within 180 days after your account was suspended, your appeal will not be reviewed.
To appeal a suspended ad account:
Go to TikTok Ads Manager and sign in to your suspended account.
Click the ? Help icon.
In Ad Assistant, click Submit ticket.
In the Issue Category dropdown, choose Account/Ad Review.
Choose Account Review.
Choose Account Suspension Appeal.
Provide details about your appeal.
When you're finished, click Submit.
You'll receive an email when your appeal has been reviewed. You should receive a reply within two business days of submitting your appeal. Avoid creating any new ad accounts while your appeal is being reviewed. Please only file one appeal for each incident. Filing multiple appeals in a short period of time for the same issue will lead to delays in processing.
