Editing Category Exclusion in Business Center allows you to block specific content categories from running next to your ads and avoid associating your brand with this content.
To edit Category Exclusion in Business Center:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
In the left-side menu, click Brand Safety Hub.
In the Business Center settings tab, click the pencil icon next to Additional controls to start editing.
In the Category exclusions section, select the content categories you want to prevent your ads from appearing next to, then click Save.
Note: Category Exclusion is not available for the Sales objective.
Choose whether to apply the changes to All ad accounts or only to Selected ad accounts and click Confirm.
If you choose to apply the changes to selected ad accounts, choose the desired accounts from the dropdown menu.
Once submitted, the changes will override any existing Category Exclusion settings for these ad accounts in TikTok Ads Manager.
