Editing Vertical Sensitivity in Business Center allows you to exclude selected vertical-related content that you may consider misaligned with your brand positioning, offering you another layer of brand protection.
To edit Vertical Sensitivity in Business Center:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
In the left-side menu, click Brand Safety Hub.
In the Business Center settings tab, click the pencil icon next to Additional controls to start editing.
In the Vertical sensitivity section, select your industry vertical to exclude sensitive content related to that vertical, then click Save.
Note: Vertical Sensitivity controls are not available for Traffic, App Promotion, Lead Generation, and Sales objectives.
Choose whether to apply the changes to All ad accounts or only to Selected ad accounts and click Confirm.
If you choose to apply the changes to selected ad accounts, choose the desired accounts from the dropdown menu.
Once submitted, the changes will override any existing Vertical Sensitivity settings for these ad accounts in TikTok Ads Manager.
