How to log in to an Organization Account on TikTok as a Business Center user
Organization Accounts are profiles created and controlled by verified organizations (such as enterprises or institutions) or individual businesses on relevant business platforms (such as Seller Center), where applicable. When you log in to your Organization Account with a one-time password in Business Center, you'll be able to enhance account security, authorize multiple members to access the account, and allocate permissions based on roles.
Note: You can only access Organization Accounts using one-time passwords. Other login methods are not supported.
Before you begin
Make sure you have Admin access to the Organization Account. If you don't have Admin access yet, learn how to create an Organization Account in Business Center or grant members access to Organization Accounts in Business Center.
How to log in to an Organization Account
To log in to an Organization Account in your TikTok app with a one-time password generated on Business Center:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
Click Accounts in the left-hand menu.
Click TikTok accounts.
In the Action column for the Organization Account that you want to log in to, click Get login code. You can see the Username and One-time password of the Organization Account.
You can then log in to the Organization Account via either the TikTok mobile app or web app.
To log in via the TikTok mobile app:
Open your TikTok mobile app and tap Log in.
Select Use phone / email / username and tap Email / Username.
Enter the username and one-time password from Step 2 to log in.
To log in via the TikTok web app:
Go to https://www.tiktok.com/ and click Log in at the top right corner.
Choose Use phone or email and click Log in with email or username.
Enter the username and one-time password from Step 2 to log in.
Note: For security, you might need to verify your identity through email or mobile phone number.
You have now logged in to an Organization Account on TikTok as a Business Center user.
