Enterprise Business Center allows you to manage invoices from all of your Business Centers in one place. This enables you to view and manage all invoices in one location, quickly filter and pay invoices, and access further details about each invoice.
You must have an Enterprise Business Center to manage invoices across multiple Business Centers.
Bill-To requires the use of invoice groups. Learn more about Bill-To and invoice groups.
Only Business Center admins can edit invoice group information.
Invoice groups (formerly known as Billing groups) allow you to manage and customize how your invoices are grouped across one or multiple ad accounts. This helps you reduce invoice volume and customize billing information (including Bill-To, Split invoices and other billing information). To manage invoice groups in Enterprise Business Center:
Log in to your Enterprise Business Center.
On the left hand side menu, under Finance, click Invoices.
Click Settings in the upper right hand corner.
Choose the Invoice groups tab.
From the Invoice group page you can edit or view existing invoices. You can also create new invoice groups by clicking Create. You'll need to specify:
Invoice Group name
Currency
What ad accounts should be included (you can choose All or make a manual selection)
You can also enter one or more invoice recipient emails and edit Consumption information as well as your Primary billing group.
Note: Only the Admin of the Business Center can edit the invoice group information. Only Finance managers will be able to pay their invoice via the invoice tab.
Bill-To allows you to designate a third-party as the payer and recipient of TikTok invoices. This enables you to separate billing ownership from ad management and save time by directly sending TikTok invoices to a designated Bill-To payer. To use the Bill-To feature, you will need to set up invoice groups. Learn more about how to assign a Bill-To payer in Business Center.
