How to create an invoice group in TikTok Business Center

Invoice groups is a feature that allows you to create a single invoice for multiple ad accounts within one business center. After you create an invoice group, you will get one monthly invoice for all ad accounts within that group showing the amount spent per account.

  • The invoice group feature is available for managed clients using monthly invoicing only and is available in all markets.

  • You can only create invoice groups if you're a business center admin.

  • You can only add auction ad accounts to an invoice group (reservation ad accounts are not supported at this time).

  • You can only group ad accounts within the same business center.


How to create an invoice group in TikTok Business Center

For new ad accounts:

  1. Go to your Business Center.

  2. Click Ad Accounts.

  3. Click Add Ad Account.

  4. Select Create New.

  5. Complete account and certificate settings to get to invoices.

From here you can:

  • Combine an invoice of the new ad account with other ad accounts within your business center by selecting existing accounts from the invoice group list.

  • Create a separate invoice for your new ad account.

Note: To create a separate invoice for your new ad account, you must first enter your Tax no., billing address, and email address.


For existing ad accounts:

  1. In the Business Center, navigate to Invoices.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Invoice Groups tab.

  4. Click Create.

  5. Enter the invoice group name and emails you wish to send the invoice to.

  6. Choose which ad accounts should be included and review other options.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Your invoice group will now be live.

Note: Ensure your ad accounts have all of their billing information before continuing. Ad accounts that don't have that information will be marked as Requires Billing Information on the payment management page.
