How to manage your billing threshold for automatic payment

If you've selected automatic payment as your billing method, you can view and manage your billing threshold in Business Center.

Before you begin

• Only users with the Financial Manager role are able to adjust the billing threshold. To learn more about roles and permissions, refer to About Business Center roles and permissions.

How to lower your billing threshold

1. Log in to Business Center.

2. Click Finance.

3. Click Payment Management.

4. Click the edit icon next to the billing threshold number in the Threshold column.

How to increase your billing threshold

There are two ways to increase the billing threshold:

1. If you increase spending, the system will automatically update the billing threshold.

2. You can contact customer support or your account manager to appeal.
