How to secure your Business Centers with Enterprise Business Center
It's important to secure your Business Centers as they grant full control over your business on TikTok. Learn more about best practices for securing your Business Centers.
With Enterprise Business Center, you can search for members across your various Business Centers. This functionality also allows you to identify and remove members from your relevant Business Centers, ensuring the security and integrity of your data. Additionally, you can invite new members to the relevant Business Centers, enabling you to efficiently assign new permissions as needed.
Before you begin
You must have an Enterprise Business Center to manage security across multiple Business Centers.
How to turn on 2-step verification for a Business Center through Enterprise Business Center
Log in to your Enterprise Business Center.
From the left hand side menu, under Users, click Organization.
Choose the Business Center you want to manage.
Navigate to the Security tab.
Click 2-step verification.
Select whether you want to require 2-step verification for:
No one (no members in the Standard Business Center)
All members (all members in the Standard Business Center)
Admins (only admin members in the Standard Business Centers)
Click Confirm.
How to turn on approved email domains for a Business Center through Enterprise Business Center
Log in to your Enterprise Business Center.
From the left hand side menu, under Users, click Organization.
Choose the Standard Business Center you want to manage.
Navigate to the Security tab.
Click Allowed email domain list.
Enter up to 20 email domains that can be added as a member to your Business Center.
