How to set up an Enterprise Business Center from a Standard Business Center

By setting up an Enterprise Business Center, you can streamline and manage your improved features.


Before you begin

  • There are multiple ways in which you might receive the option to set up an Enterprise Business Center:

    • Email invitation from TikTok

    • Create now button for setting up an Enterprise Business Center at the top of your Business Center's Payment management page

    • Pop-up banner on your Business Center's Transactions page

    • Pop-up banner on your Business Center's Invoices page

    • Enterprise Business Center creation task on the Home page

    • Enterprise Business Center options in the Organization tab

Note: Enterprise Business Center is for businesses with multiple legal entities or complex structures. If your business doesn't fit this, these options may not be available. Create an Enterprise Business Center for each legal entity and link them to form your organization. If you don't see a prompt to set up an Enterprise Business Center, contact your TikTok representative for assistance. If you don't have a TikTok representative and don't see the prompt, creating an Enterprise Business Center is not currently an option.


How to set up an Enterprise Business Center from a Standard Business Center

  1. Log in to your Standard Business Center.

  2. From the left-hand side menu, click Organization.

  3. Click Create new.

  4. Select an Enterprise Business Center type:

    • Enterprise + Finance: This type of Enterprise Business Center has independent legal entity verification, access to advanced payment and billing functions, and can auto-claim all Standard Business Centers with the same legal entity or business verification.

    • Enterprise: This type of Enterprise Business Center acts as a parent across multiple Enterprise or Standard Business Centers. It's used to manage operations, assets, and teams when no legal entity is available, but does not have finance features.

  5. Fill in your business information.

  6. For an Enterprise Business Center with finance, enter the Business Center name and select Time zone and Currency.

  7. For an Enterprise Business Center without finance, enter the Business Center name and select Time zone.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Confirm the Standard Business Centers that the Enterprise Business Center will link to and click Create.

    • An Enterprise Business Center with finance will auto-claim all Standard Business Centers with the same legal entity or business verification. If any linked Standard Business Centers cannot be claimed, a warning will appear. You’ll need to unlink these from your organization before proceeding.

    • An Enterprise Business Center without finance will link to the current Standard Business Center under it.

Follow these steps to access the enhanced features of the Enterprise Business Center.

Note: To prevent access problems in the future, be sure to add at least one more admin to your account.
