How to set up an Enterprise Business Center

Upgrading your Business Center to an Enterprise Business Center can streamline your financial management and provide enhanced features. Learn more about Enterprise Business Center.


Before you begin

  • Enterprise Business Center is available for businesses with multiple legal entities or complex organizational structures. If your business does not fit any of these requirements, these options may not be available to you.

  • You must already have a Business Center in order to upgrade it to an Enterprise Business Center.

  • If your business contains multiple legal entities, you will need to create an Enterprise Business Center for each legal entity you manage.


How to set up an Enterprise Business Center

There are two ways in which you might receive the option to upgrade to an Enterprise Business Center:

  • Email Invite from TikTok

  • Pop-up banner on your Business Center's Payment management page

To upgrade:

  1. Accept the invitation or click the upgrade link:

    • If you received an email invite from TikTok, click the link to start the upgrade process.

    • If you see a pop-up banner or button in your Business Center's Payment management page, click the link to

      to set up the Enterprise Business Center.

      • Note: If you do not see a prompt to set up an Enterprise Business Center in the Payment management page, please contact your TikTok representative to see if this feature can be made available for you. If you do not have a TikTok representative, and you do not see the prompt, then creating an Enterprise Business Center is not an option at this time.

  2. Review the following finance features and click Confirm:

    • Payments: Manage payments for all Business Centers in any currency, all in one place.

    • Billing: Change your billing option at any time.

    • Invoices: Group, view, and manage invoices for your Business Center in a single location.

    • Transactions: Access a combined view of ad account costs and payments for all Business Centers.

  3. Review the information provided and click Create another Business Center account.

  4. Fill in your business and billing information (billing information may be required if it is not already associated with your legal entity).

  5. Click Next to complete the set up process.


Note: To avoid any loss of access issues in the future, make sure to add at least one more admin to your Enterprise Business Center.
