How to set up TikTok on Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment

TikTok Ads supports integration with two Amazon merchant or seller programs: Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment. These integrations help eligible merchants drive more effective TikTok ad campaigns via visual elements that appear on your TikTok ads, showing Amazon delivery promises and Prime branding. You can display Amazon-related information directly to the TikTok Ads accounts, along with your ads redirecting to your direct-to-consumer website.

Before you begin

  • Make sure to connect your Shopify or WooCommerce Store to TikTok before you use Amazon's integration.


How to set up Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment

  1. Sign in to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Authorization with your Amazon Seller Central account.

  2. On the side menu, choose Categories, and click Marketing.

  3. Find the TikTok app, then choose Authorize Now.

  4. Select the checkbox to allow Amazon<>TikTok account data sharing and click Sign up / Login to TikTok.

  5. Click Connect and log in to TikTok for Business if prompted.


Set up TikTok for Business

  1. Log into your TikTok account or create a new account to begin the integration.

  2. Authorize TikTok For Business to connect using your TikTok Account.

  3. Log into your TikTok For Business Account, or create a new one. If you've already signed up for a TikTok for Business Account using your TikTok Account, your TikTok For Business account will connect automatically.

  4. Choose a TikTok Business Center that belongs to your TikTok For Business account and click Connect. To create a new TikTok Business Center, click Create New.

  5. Choose a TikTok Ad account connected to your TikTok For Business account and click Connect. To create a new TikTok Ad account, click Create new.

  6. Having successfully connected your TikTok account, TikTok For Business account, TikTok Business Center, and Ad account, you will see the following page:

  7. Click Data Sharing to install a TikTok Pixel. Click Create New to create and install a new pixel, or click Connect to connect an existing one. It's recommended to install a new one in setup.

    • Note: Remove any existing TikTok Pixel code from your website before installing a new one.

  8. You can turn on Advanced Matching to help improve conversions by allowing TikTok to deliver your ads more efficiently to people who are likely to convert. Learn more about Advanced Matching.

  9. Click Catalog, then click Create New to set up your product catalog sync. This will sync your existing product catalog with your TikTok Business Center.

  10. Provide your billing information.

  11. Click on each section to confirm your information. When you're done, click Finish.


Product sync should begin automatically and will take about 24-48 hours to complete the sync between the various touchpoints.


Note: You should use the same account or pixel because it is connected to WooCommerce or Shopify. For Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment integration, you can use existing catalogs created by WooCommerce or Shopify.
