Once your TikTok Ads account, direct-to-consumer commerce platform, and Amazon Buy with Prime or Multi-Channel Fulfillment integrations are complete, you can create a Smart+ campaign in TikTok Ads Manager using synced product sets.
Go to TikTok Ads Manager and click Catalog Manager.
Select your catalog and open Product Sets.
TikTok will have auto-created a product set called AMAZON_MCF or AMAZON_BWP, depending on the integration used. Confirm that all the right products appear, then go to the Campaign in the TikTok Ads Manager.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager
Click Campaign at the top of your dashboard.
Click +Create.
Select Sales.
Choose Website as your campaign objective.
Choose Smart+ campaign as your campaign type.
Click Continue.
In the Product source details section, turn on Use catalog.
Choose the catalog you want to use or create a new one.
Complete your ad group settings and click Continue.
Choose which products you want to include in your Catalog Ad. You can choose:
All products: Feature all the products in your catalog.
Product set: Your ad will dynamically feature products from the product set you chose.
Specific products: Choose up to 20 products from your catalog.
In the Ads generation section, click Use TikTok account to deliver Spark Ads to use content from authorized posts or TikTok accounts in your campaign.
Add a URL for the website you want people to visit from your ads. You can add URL parameters to track which ads directed people to your website. Learn more about URL parameters for Carousel Ads.
Choose the videos you want to use for your ads. Images, videos and product information from your catalog will be automatically used to create a carousel and Catalog Videos for your campaign in addition to any new videos you choose. Note: We recommend adding at least 6 videos to get the most from your campaign.
Click +Add videos to choose videos from your library that aren't already in your Catalog.
Click +Create new videos to create, edit and upload new videos.
Toggle on Add videos to catalog and link products to sync new or added videos to Catalog Manager. When you publish your campaign, you'll be able to use these videos and their linked products in future campaigns.
If your campaign includes 20 or fewer products, all SKUs will be automatically mapped to each video.
If your campaign includes more than 20 products, Catalog Manager will try to detect and match the most relevant products to each video.
Click View linked products to confirm or edit how videos are mapped to products in your catalog.
Dynamic add-ons will be automatically selected to help optimize your ad performance for Catalog video or Single video formats. Learn more about interactive add-ons for Catalog Ads.
In the Tracking section, click Edit to add any third-party tracking settings you've set up for your website.
Complete the rest of your ad settings. When you're finished, click Publish.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager
Click Campaign at the top of your dashboard.
Click +Create.
Select Sales.
Choose Website as your campaign objective.
Choose Manual campaign as your campaign type.
Click Continue.
Generate a name for your ad group.
Note: It is recommended to add Amazon for tracking.
Configure Ad Group
Set Purchase as your Buying type.
In Product source details, select the Buy with Prime or Multi-Channel Fulfillment catalog, select the product set named Amazon MCF or Amazon BwP.
For small product set, choose the whole set.
For large product set, choose the specific videos or best seller products under Amazon MCF or Amazon BwP sets.
In Optimization & Bidding, select Conversion for your optimization goal, select your relevant pixel in Data connection, and select Optimization event.
Note: For new catalog ads accounts, it is recommended to use add to cart or view content.
Configure your placements and audience targeting selections as needed.
In Budget & schedule, set up a 21-day length for this campaign, with a start date at least 2 days in the future.
Set up Ad Creative
Generate a name for your ad in the ad-level setting.
Note: It is recommended to add Amazon for tracking.
Under Product details:
Select Product set and choose the eligible items from Amazon integrations - Buy with Prime or Multi-Channel Fulfilment, or
Select Specific products and choose individual products featured in your videos under the Buy with Prime or Multi-Channel Fulfilment product set.
Under Ad details, select Add videos. It is best to upload 5 video creatives that include Buy with Prime/Multi-Channel Fulfillment-eligible products.
On the left-hand bar, click three dots of the auto-generated Catalog video.
Select Delete ad as Buy with Prime/Multi-Channel Fulfilment does not support the Catalog Video format yet. If you like, you can keep the Catalog carousel displaying a static image slideshow format.
Enter the preferred ad text.
In Call to action, select Show now.
Enter the direct-to-consumer URL (landing page) as your Destination URL.
Finish the ad settings.
Click Publish all.
You can run multiple campaigns targeting different objectives and audiences.
