How to set up Promote for product purchases

E-commerce sellers or creator affiliates can set up a Promote campaign to increase TikTok Shop sales directly from TikTok videos and LIVEs.

Note: Only videos that feature your TikTok Shop products can be used with Promote for product purchases. Your LIVEs must feature at least one TikTok Shop product at the beginning of or during your LIVE.

How to set up Promote for product purchases

To set up Promote for product purchases:

1. Create a Promote campaign in the TikTok mobile app. Learn about finding Promote in the TikTok app.

2. Under Choose your goal, select More product purchases.

3. Go to Select creatives and select up to 5 videos or photos.

   • Note: All LIVE ad goals, GMV Max, and Promote for others will not allow you to select more than one creative. Learn more about selecting multiple creatives in Promote.

4. Select a promotion pack, or customize your promotion:

   1. Choose your audience by clicking on Default audience or Create your own.

   2. Set your Budget and Duration.

5. Review your promotion details.

6. Click Pay.
