How to share a Catalog in Business Center
A catalog is a type of asset on TikTok Ads Manager. It allows you to store information about your products. When you share a catalog with your Business Center members, they'll be able to automatically generate a variety of ads.
Before you begin:
Only Business Center Admins can share or assign access to a catalog.
Add a partner or member to your Business Center.
How to share a catalog with a Business Center member
To share a catalog with a member:
Log in to Business Center.
In the Assets section, click Catalog.
Select the Catalog that you want to share from the list.
Select to share the catalog. You can choose from the following:
Members: In the Members section, click Assign new member.
Business Center Partners: In the Partners section, click Share with partner to enter the Business Account Id.
Select the user(s) you want to assign Catalog to. You can choose from the following:
Catalog management: Members edit products, catalogs, and use the products for ad enablement.
Ad promotion: Members can only create ads in Ads Manager with the shared product catalog.
Click Confirm.
Note: Business Center users may only share a catalog with a Business Center that is owned by their partner(s). Partner(s) cannot share it with a third-party Business Center. Learn about Catalog roles and permissions.
