How to share a Catalog in Business Center
Through Business Center, one of the ways you can manage catalogs is sharing with members and partners.
Before you begin
Ensure your Business Center has at least one catalog in it.
Ensure you are an Admin.
Note: Only Business Center Admins can share or assign access to a catalog.
How to share a Catalog with a Business Center member or partner
To share a catalog with a member:
Log in to Business Center.
Click Assets in the left-hand menu.
Click Catalogs.
In the Action column for the catalog that you want to share, click View.
In the Members section, click Assign new member.
Select the members you want to assign the catalog access to. You can choose from the following:
Catalog management: Promote products both organically and in ads and edit products and catalogs.
Ad promotion: Create ads using product catalogs.
Click Confirm.
To share a catalog with a partner:
Log in to Business Center.
Click Assets in the left-hand menu. In the Assets section, click Catalog.
Click Catalogs.
In the Action column for the catalog that you want to share, click View.
In the Partners section, click Share with partner.
Select the partners you want to assign the catalog access to. You can choose from the following:
Catalog management: Promote products both organically and in ads and edit products and catalogs. Members edit products, catalogs, and use the products for ad enablement.
Ad promotion: Create ads using product catalogs. Members can only create ads in Ads Manager with the shared product catalog.
Click Confirm.
Note: Business Center members may only share a catalog with a Business Center that is owned by their partners. Partners cannot share it with a third-party Business Center.
