How to use cross-account reporting for Enterprise Business Center

The Enterprise Business Center allows you to create a multi-tier Business Center, helping you manage your organization, people, assets, security, and finances in one place. Cross-account reporting enables you to centralize data reporting across all ad accounts within your organization.

How to use cross-account reporting for Enterprise Business Center

  1. Log in to your Enterprise Business Center.

  2. On the left side of the menu, click the Analytics tab

  3. Click Custom reports.

    • Note: In this view, you will see all reports created by any user.

  4. Click Create report.

  5. In the custom report builder, click Select accounts at the top to choose which accounts you want to include in your report.

    • If you are a Business Center admin, you can select all child Business Centers and TikTok Ads Manager accounts under the Enterprise Business Center.

    • If you use a Standard Business Center, you can only select advertiser accounts and child Business Centers you have access to.

  6. Select a pivot table or trend lines report layout.

  7. Add dimensions and metrics as needed.

    • Note: You can only view finance-related metrics such as Cost, CPC (destination), and CPM in one currency at a time.

  8. Select a date range.

  9. Once you are satisfied with the report, select Save, Export, or Schedule this report.

You can schedule your Pivot Table reports to run and be emailed to you on a regular basis by clicking Scheduled running. Enter your frequency, email addresses and desired format and click Save to start your scheduled report.
