About Enterprise Business Center
Enterprise Business Center is a multi-tiered type of Business Center designed for businesses managing operations across multiple regions, teams, or legal structures. It helps you bring everything together in one place through a flexible, hierarchical structure. With Enterprise Business Center, you can unlock new ways to organize your world in Business Center—whether that’s gaining a clearer view of performance across accounts, managing users and assets more efficiently, or applying advanced security and finance controls. It’s built to make complex setups easier to manage, giving you greater control, visibility, and scale.
Enterprise Business Center types
To accommodate the diverse needs of modern businesses, we offer two distinct types of Enterprise Business Centers. Each is designed to provide a tailored organizational structure, allowing you to choose the setup that best aligns with your company's scale and operational complexity.
Enterprise Business Center with finance: This type is linked on a one-to-one basis with a legal entity registered with TikTok. It serves a crucial dual purpose: it functions as the central hub for all company-level financial activities while simultaneously providing Standard Business Center's capabilities for managing accounts, assets, and partners. For example, you would create a separate Enterprise Business Center with finance for Company A US and Company B UK if they are distinct legal entities. Once created, it will automatically claim and manage all Standard Business Centers associated with that legal entity.
Note: Creating new accounts, such as ad accounts, or transferring existing ones is not a function available within an Enterprise Business Center with Finance.
Enterprise Business Center without finance: This type is not linked to a legal entity. It can be created for general Enterprise Business Center functions, like managing users, setting permissions, viewing performance across Business Centers, and setting up multi-tier structures. This is useful for agencies, cross-market teams, or organizations that do not need finance or invoicing features. It also allows for linking multiple Enterprise Business Centers with finance under one Enterprise Business Center where a legal entity may not exist.
Note: Currently, an Enterprise Business Center with Finance can not be replaced with an Enterprise Business Center without Finance. You may use an Enterprise Business Center without Finance to group two or more Enterprise Business Centers with Finance. When you do this, all the Standard Business Centers will remain linked to the Enterprise Business Center with Finance.
Note: Standard Business Centers continue to sit underneath an Enterprise Business Center. The capabilities for managing accounts, assets, and partners are available in both your Standard Business Centers and your Enterprise Business Center with Finance. This parallel capability allows your organization to establish the operational process that works best for you. A Standard Business Center cannot be turned into an Enterprise Business Center, or upgraded into one. Creating an Enterprise Business Center, whether with or without finance, does not change how your existing Standard Business Centers operate.
