You can use TikTok Ads Manager to manage, view, and filter comments on your ads.
To view comments:
Go to TikTok Ads Manager.
Go to Tools.
Click TikTok Comments in the left-hand menu.
You can filter the kinds of comments you want to see, or click on a specific ad group in the list.
Click on an individual comment to manage it. You can take the following actions on individual comments:
Hide or unhide: Click Hide or Unhide to change the visibility of a comment. You can't hide or unhide a comment that contains a blocked word.
Export: Click the check mark next to the comment and then click Export to download the comment.
View details: Click on a comment in the Content of Comment column, then click View Details. You will be able to watch the ad, see the ad details, see the ad group ID, and view any comments and replies.
Reply to a comment: Click on a comment, then click Reply. You can type your reply or use a saved response. Your reply will appear in the comment section as the business entity used to create the ad. To reply to comments on Spark Ads, you will need authorization to use the business identity that created the ad. You will be directed to the authorization page if you already have access to the entity but have not received permission to manage comments. Note: For Spark Ads created with "Use account owned by you", only the user who is linked with the TikTok Account can reply to comments. For Spark Ads created with authorized account or post, only the user who has access to the authorized account or post can reply to comments.
Like a comment: Choose a comment and click Like. The comment will display a solid heart icon, a Liked status, and receive a Liked by creator label. To unlike a comment, click the Liked button.
Block users: Choose a comment and click Block User. When you block a user, you'll hide all of their new and existing comments on your ads. A blocked user can still comment, but only they will be able to see their comment. To unblock a user and make their comments visible again, click Unblock User.
You can also manage and block users in the Block Users section in Assets. You must block users from your TikTok Ads account by using their TikTok ID.
To manage comments in bulk, click the check box next to each comment you want to manage. The following actions are supported for managing comments in bulk:
Hide or unhide
Export
When you export comments in bulk, all the supported comment dimensions will be included in the export.
Note: Only the XLS format is supported for bulk export.
