About ad account refunds
An ad account refund allows you to collect the remaining balance on your ad account, excluding taxes paid. You may request a refund using various methods depending on the type and status of your ad account.
Refund methods based on ad account type and status
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager as the owner of the ad account.
Navigate to the navigation bar at the top and select Tools.
In the Settings section, click Account setup.
Find the Permission Management module.
If the ad account belongs to a Business Center, you will see a section header telling you that your "ad account belongs to a Business Center" or see a listed Business Center associated with your ad account.
You can follow instructions for requesting a refund for ad accounts without a Business Center or requesting a refund for ad accounts with a Business Center.
