Hybrid Bidding is a feature in TikTok Ads Manager that allows you to switch between the Maximum Hybrid Bidding and Cost Cap bid strategies while an ad group is actively spending. The goal of these best practices is to help you optimize ad performance and achieve marketing objectives by effectively managing bid strategies.

Changes to the bid strategy should be made after the ad group has accumulated at least 5 conversions and run for at least 3 days.
Cost Cap bid should be set to the average CPA that the ad group achieved in the past 3 days using Maximum Delivery.
You can set a higher Cost Cap budget since TikTok will optimize delivery toward your target CPA to help you achieve stable and efficient CPA outcomes.
You can change the bid strategy at any time.
You should set your budget to the amount you are willing to spend.
