How to transfer ad accounts in Business Center
Transferring an ad account to the Business Center enables you to manage its access permission and billing from the Business Center. Once transferred, this ad account will be owned by your Business Center, and all management will need to be conducted in the Business Center.
Before you begin
You must be a Business Center admin to transfer ad accounts in your Business Center.
You can only transfer an ad account that is not owned by any other Business Center, and cannot reverse the transfer once it's complete.
How to transfer ad accounts in the Business Center
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
In the left-side menu, click Accounts.
Under All accounts, go to Advertiser accounts.
Select Transfer and click Next.
Select the ad accounts you'd like to transfer and click Request transfer.
After sending the request, ask the account admin to accept the request in TikTok Ads Manager.
If you are the ad account owner, the request will be automatically approved.
We recommend that you only transfer ad accounts that are owned and used by your business. If you are trying to work on ad accounts for other businesses, i.e. a client's, consider requesting access instead.
