What is Manage Catalog in Business Center

Business Center provides a place to create and manage catalogs synced via partner integration; with proper access to ad accounts, merchants can activate Shopping Ads at scale.

  • Single Catalog can be shared with one or many users

  • Single Catalog can be shared across Business Center accounts

  • Single Catalog can be used for organic asset management

  • Single Catalog can be used across multiple ad accounts for ad enablement

  • Catalog can be used together with other Assets in Business Center for centralized management, e.g. Store, TikTok account, and Ad account

Best Practices

  • Be aware that all permissions are assigned at the user level. Each catalog can be assigned to up to 100 users.

  • To use Catalog for ad creation in Ads Manager, the ad account and catalog need to be linked to the same Business Center. Users need access to both via Business Center.

  • Business Center users may only share a catalog with a Business Center that is owned by their partner(s). Partner(s) cannot share it with a third Business Center.
