Choosing your time zone on TikTok Ads Manager is a simple, yet important factor to consider. You will select your time zone when you sign up for TikTok Ads Manager and create an account. 


Note:

  1. You are unable to change your time zone after selecting it during account registration.

  2. We do not use daylight saving time in Ads Manager.


You can find your selected time zone by doing the following:

  1. ​On your TikTok Ads Manager dashboard, click on your account name in the top-right corner to access a drop down menu. The blue card pinned to the top of the drop down menu is the account you are currently using.

  2. ​Click on the "Ad Account Settings" icon to the right of the account information.

  3. ​Under your Basic Information you will find your Time Zone.


You probably already know that our family of apps reach all corners of the world, and we do our best to accommodate for marketers no matter their location. 


That is why TikTok Ads Manager supports all time zones that use full hour or half hour deviations relative to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)/ Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).


TikTok Ads Manager currently does not support the few time zones that use quarter hour deviations, as well as daylight savings time.


Time is money as the saying goes, but on TikTok Ads Manager, the time zone you set influences much more. Here are some key areas that your time zone affects:

  • ​The time that your data is displayed as on the platform, including in reports.

  • ​Your ad delivery settings, including start and end times.

  • ​Your bill cycle dates for invoicing when calculating your total ad costs.
