There are currently three scheduling options for LIVE Shopping Ads. You should select your option based on your typical livestreaming schedule with the objective of ensuring your livestream schedule matches the LSA exactly and minimizing the effort needed to create LSA's. You can also select your time zone that are either full hour or half hour ahead or behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The Timezone Converter in TikTok Ads Manager addresses these issues by offering local timezone scheduling, automatic time conversion, and dayparting, ensuring accurate and hassle-free ad delivery.
It also handles multiple timezone transitions and provides flexible editing options for future and ongoing campaigns. However, if the start and end times of the campaign fall under different timezones, you may need to adjust the end time by 1 hour to ensure accurate delivery.
