TikTok Business Center is the central workspace designed to help you efficiently manage your business and advertising efforts on TikTok. By creating a Business Center, you unlock powerful tools for collaboration, giving you a secure, unified platform to manage multiple accounts and assets, control user permissions, and share accounts and assets with your team and partners.
You must have a TikTok for Business account to create a Business Center. A TikTok for Business account is the foundation for creating a Business Center. It acts as your master login for various platforms such as Business Center and TikTok Ads Manager. If you do not have one, you will create one as part of the setup process.
If you are working with a TikTok sales representative, they can provide you with a special registration link. Using this link can streamline the creation process.
If you are completely new to the TikTok for Business ecosystem, your TikTok for Business account is created as part of the Business Center creation process.
Go to the TikTok Business Center website.
Click Sign up in the top right corner.
Establish your login credentials by providing an email and creating a password.
Agree to the TikTok terms and conditions and click Sign Up, then check your email for a verification code.
Select the business type that best describes your business:
I am an agency
I am an advertiser
Provide your country or region.
Enter the full legal name of your company.
Ensure your company name and Business Center name are consistent.
Verify that the time zone and currency are set correctly for your operations.
Click Create to finalize the setup.

(Optional) Strengthen your account's security by clicking Turn on when prompted for 2-step verification.
If you already have a TikTok for Business account but have never created a Business Center, follow these steps.
Go to the TikTok Business Center website.
Click Log in on the top right corner and enter your login credentials to log in to your TikTok for Business account.
Select the business type that best describes your business:
I am an agency
I am an advertiser
Fill in your Company and Business Center details. The "Company" represents the corporate identity you use when running ads on TikTok.
Note: When you select I am an advertiser, you can create your first ad account during this step by filling in ad account information. This is a helpful shortcut that gets you ready to run campaigns even faster.
Agree to the TikTok terms and conditions and click Confirm.
Note: Make sure all of your information is correct. Once you create your Business Center account, you may not be able to change your business information later. Learn more about how to manage the settings of a Business Center.
(Optional) Strengthen your account's security by clicking Turn on when prompted for 2-step verification.
If you are working with a TikTok sales representative, they can provide a direct link to simplify your registration.
Open the registration link provided by your sales representative.
Log in with your TikTok for Business credentials or sign up for a new TikTok for Business account.
Enter your Business Center information and complete your payment setup.

Agree to the TikTok terms and conditions and click Confirm.
(Optional) Strengthen your account's security by clicking Turn on when prompted for 2-step verification.
If you already manage one Business Center, you can easily create more to separate brands, regions, or business units.
Go to the TikTok Business Center website and log in.
You will land on the Select an account page. In the top-right corner, click Create new.
Select the business type that best describes your business:
I am an advertiser
I am an agency
Select which Company profile to associate the new Business Center with or establish a new one by clicking Create new in the Company information section.
Best Practice: For advertisers, it is recommended to create new Business Centers under an existing Company to keep all your ad accounts and advertising assets consolidated for easier management.
In the Business Center information section, click Create new to enter the information for a new Business Center.
Note: When you select I am an advertiser, you can create your first ad account during this step by filling in ad account information. This is a helpful shortcut that gets you ready to run campaigns even faster.
Agree to the TikTok terms and conditions and click Confirm.

Note: Each TikTok for Business user can create up to 30 Business Centers. If you have reached the limit, deactivate one existing Business Centers before creating a new one.
Once you've created your Business Center, you'll be taken to its homepage. From here, your next steps will be to explore the platform and begin centralizing your operations. You can start by inviting your team members, requesting access to ad accounts, or connecting your brand's TikTok profiles and other assets.
