Helping payment platform Axerve generate awareness around its services across Italy
Axerve is one of the leading payment platform providers in Italy and Europe. To boost the profile of its innovative offering – POS Easy – to a whole new audience across Italy, Axerve came to TikTok for a native-feel ad campaign designed to raise mass awareness and generate requests for their services.
The Axerve campaign was built in two phases around a suite of lighthearted and informative In-Feed Ads. The first phase had a traffic objective leading to the Axerve website, with the aim of creating custom audiences on which to then activate a performance campaign. The second phase had a lead generation objective. Axerve tested different targets, aiming at both users previously engaged through the traffic campaign (retargeting/lookalike) and new targets customised on the basis of interest.
In terms of the creative, Axerve worked with the agency Zampediverse to produce three different 15-second videos, each as engaging as the last, with a real focus on fun and engagement.
The Axerve campaign was incredibly successful, showing exactly why TikTok-first content performs so well for brands looking to reach their target audience in a meaningful way. Throughout the campaign, daily service requests grew by 26% compared to the previous period¹, while leads saw an increase of +29% (16 March - 30 April vs 7 February - 15 March). Traffic also saw an incredible boost, rising 29% compared to the previous period, with TikTok taking an impressive 17% of all the traffic source share (March 2022)². Finally, Axerve saw a +44% increase in new customers onboarded (16 March - 30 April vs YoY)³.
