Driving app installs for mobility service provider FREE NOW
FREE NOW is the Mobility Super App with the largest vehicle choice for consumers across Europe. The brand came to TikTok to improve campaign performance with a focus on app installs.
Having previously struggled with performance on TikTok due to constraints with design resources, FREE NOW decided to use TikTok’s Creative Exchange Programme (TTCX), so that it could produce native TikTok ads. In collaboration with TTCX partner FOAP, FREE NOW created a suite of six In-Feed Ads to run at auction. TTCX unlocks fast, scalable creative production for brands, with instant access to some of the best creators on TikTok. All of which can be managed in a simple workflow that encourages best-in-class creative production.
The creatives were fun and upbeat showcasing different forms of transport available on the FREE NOW app, while also educating the TikTok community on how to use the app.
The results well and truly showed the effectiveness of producing TikTok-first creatives. *When the results were compared to previous campaigns before FREE NOW used TTCX, the brand saw a 6x cost-per-install decrease for iOS and a 8x cost-per-install decrease for Android.
