About the National ID field for Instant Forms

The National ID field is a new category in the Personal Information section within Instant Forms available for certain markets. It allows you to collect country-specific identification numbers from potential customers directly within your Instant Forms. When selected, you can choose from one of seven supported ID types:

  • CPF (Brazil)

  • DNI (Argentina)

  • DNI (Peru)

  • RUT (Chile)

  • CC (Colombia)

  • CI (Ecuador)

  • RFC (Mexico)

Notes:

  • You can only choose one ID type per form.

  • Customer inputs to the National ID field are validated for format only to conform to each market's requirements

When to use

You can use the National ID field when you need to collect identification details from potential customers in LATAM markets, particularly in industries where compliance, data accuracy, or fraud prevention are critical. This field is most relevant when:

  • Regulatory requirements or internal policies mandate collection of a government-issued ID.

  • Lead quality or verification is a concern, and format validation helps ensure more accurate user submissions.
