Building a foundation that delivers results on a new platform can be challenging. That's why TikTok's offering select new advertisers a trial campaign following our Smart+ Campaign best practices and a target number of conversions when you meet certain requirements.
If the campaign sees less than the target number of conversions in the minimum number of days indicated in the product interface, we'll give you ad credits up to the minimum required campaign spend.
To claim this offer, eligible advertisers can create a new web conversion campaign and select the Smart+ campaign option.
The trial campaign is only available to select new clients. If you are eligible, you will see an offer for a limited time in your TikTok Ads Manager account. This offer is for one-time use only.
To qualify for the offer, you must:
Place an ad campaign through TikTok Ads Manager when the offer appears in your account.
Use the Sales objective and select Website as the Sales destination.
Use Complete Payment as the optimization event of your Pixel.
Run the campaign continuously for the minimum number of days indicated in your ad creation interface and the dayparting must be set all day.
Not terminate or suspend the ad campaign within the trial period.
Set a daily campaign budget and maintain sufficient account balance on or above the minimum spend amount dictated on the platform. This may vary depending on the region or country.
Follow all recommendations provided to you in TikTok Ads Manager during the ad campaign creation process.
If your trial campaign does not deliver the target number of conversions indicated in the product interface, you will receive ad credits for future ad campaigns directly to your TikTok Ads Manager account. The value of the ad credits you receive will be based on the difference between your target and actual trial campaign conversions, the estimated cost per acquisition (CPA), and how much you spent on the trial campaign.
We will determine your eligibility for ad credits up to 2 business days after your trial campaign ends. If eligible, you will receive ad credits directly to your TikTok Ads Manager account within 2 weeks after the trial campaign ends.
If TikTok determines any abnormal behavior, fraudulent actions, or violations of TikTok's terms of service or policies, your ad credits will be revoked.
