How to download invoices in TikTok Ads Manager
You can download invoices from TikTok Ads Manager.
Before you begin
You must have a TikTok Ads Manager account.
These steps only apply if your ad account isn't managed by Business Center. If your ad account is managed by a Business Center, refer to how to manage invoices in TikTok Business Center.

How to download invoices in TikTok Ads Manager
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
On the top navigation bar, hover over Tools.
Under the Settings section select Finance.
Click Invoices in the left navigation menu.
Choose the invoice you'd like to download.
Note: For Japan, the invoice will be available at the beginning of each month. For LATAM, the invoice will be available around the 9th of each month.
If you're unable to find your invoices, try the following:
Check all email tabs and folders, including Spam or Junk.
Check if your email is correct in TikTok Ads Manager.
Confirm that the TikTok Ads Manager account you're currently logged into is connected to the ad account you're referring to.
If you're unable to resolve your issue, contact customer support.
