When you set up an ad account on TikTok, the information you entered is displayed on your invoice. Take your time to ensure the account information is correct. You won't be able to edit the timezone, region, business name, and currency of your ad account once it's been created.
You can update your primary contact info and billing info in TikTok Ads Manager:
Click Tools on the top menu bar.
Find Settings and click Account setup.
Notes:
We do not support the ability to change the business/contact information on your invoice after it has been issued.
If your account is managed by an account manager, reach out to your account manager to update your business and contact information.
