TikTok's Content Suite enables advertisers to find brand-relevant content across TikTok and then turn user-generated and branded content into high-performing ads at scale. You can access Content Suite either in TikTok One or TikTok Ads Manager.
You must have access to either TikTok Ads Manager or TikTok One. Learn how to create an ad account for TikTok Ads Manager and how to sign up for TikTok One as an advertisers.
You must be granted specific access to Content Suite by a TikTok representative. Contact your dedicated TikTok representative to learn how to be granted access to Content Suite.
Once granted access to Content Suite, advertisers must have a brand profile for creators to identify official authorization requests from the brand. Talk to your TikTok representative to check if your brand profile exists. If you don't have an existing brand profile, contact your dedicated TikTok representative and the TikTok creative team can help with creating one. A brand profile includes:
Brand name
Alternative brand names
Include any other applicable brand names or spellings without spaces, punctuation, common mispellings, abbreviations, etc.
Please add all potential brand names. This part is case-insensitive so different capitalization is not needed. However, punctuation, spacing variations, and common misspellings or abbreviations of the brand name should be added.
Brand description: Include any relevant information or summary about the brand
Brand logo
Business Account Handle
Keywords, hashtags, and short phrases that typically or frequently appear in the video caption, on screen, or in voiceovers
Please make sure these are very popular words to surface the most amount of content
You do not need to include any keywords with the brand name itself, unless it's part of a common phrase
Blocked keywords: If applicable, include any relevant keywords you would like blocked from Content Suite's content and search results
Blocklist: Add any creator/TikTok handles that the client would like blocked from appearing in your Content Suite content and search results
Once all above steps are complete, access Content Suite in one of two places:
TikTok Ads Manager: In the top navigation by hovering over Tools and clicking Content Suite under Creative.
TikTok One: Click Content Suite from the top navigation bar.
