Learn more about TikTok One.
The Business Center account must have the same business name as your TikTok One account and be registered in the same region or market as your TikTok One account.
Each TikTok One account can be connected to one Business Center account.
Once connected, the accounts cannot be unlinked.
The TikTok One account member's permission will not change. They will hold Business Center account user access, not admin access.
TikTok One account member management will be transferred to the Business Center account. To add or remove more members, it will have to be done through the Business Center, which can also be accessed through the Member management page on TikTok One.
There are four methods for connecting your TikTok One account to a Business Center account, depending on where you begin.
TikTok One account owner is a member of a Business Center account and requests access
Business Center owner directly requests access to connect to TikTok One account
Create a new Business Center account from TikTok One
Create a new TikTok One account from Business Center
Log into TikTok One.
Click on the top-right profile avatar.
Click Business Center and click Start linking. This can only be completed by an admin or owner of a TikTok One account, not a user with operator or analyst access.
If you have admin access to a Business Center account, you will see accounts listed under Join an existing account. Start by clicking Next.
You will then have the option to select which Business Center account you want to connect to, using one of two methods:
You can select an account from the drop-down menu.
If the correct account doesn't show up, you can click Switch to search to manually look for accounts based on the TikTok Ads Manager ID or Pixel ID associated with a Business Center.
Note: In order to join a Business Center account, it must have the same business name as your TikTok One account and be registered in the same region or market as your TikTok One account.
Click Join.
Log into your Business Center account to review the request.
Find the request notification and click Approve to complete the transfer.
You can view the status of the linkage in your TikTok One account. If you want to resend the linkage notification to the Business Center owner, click View my application and copy the unique link.
In some cases, the Business Center owner can proactively send an invitation to the TikTok One account to link accounts. In this scenario:
Log into Business Center.
Click the Accounts module.
Click the Creative accounts tab.
Click the Add Accounts button.
Click Request ownership and click Next.
Type in the TikTok One account ID that you want to link, select the correct account, and click Next.
Note: The region must be the same. If the TikTok One account is owned by another Business Center, you can invite the owner of that account to become a Business Center partner then share the creative account with you.
Select assets to share, such as TikTok Pixels. (optional)
Click Confirm.
On the TikTok One account side, log into TikTok One.
Look for the invitation at the top of the Business Center tab. Click View detail to get started.
