To invite creators, there are three invitation options:
Direct invitation: You can manually select specific creators by searching for creators by clicking on Explore creators and inviting them to the project. You can also create a shortlist in the Tools tab. Learn how to create a shortlist in TikTok One.
Open application: Allow creators to apply to participate in your project by exploring projects or scanning your QR code.
Creators can negotiate the price before accepting the invitation. You'll receive an inbox notification if the creator proposes a new price. Click Reply now from your inbox or go to the Collaborations tab in your project. Click Negotiate to accept or decline.
After the creator accepts the invitation, click Pay now to complete the payment. Only after payment is made can the creator begin creating the video. Note: The payment will be collected and held by the TikTok One platform and will be paid out to the creator after your approval of the video. See the publishing process below.
To view the status of your videos, go to the Collaborations tab in your project. You'll be able to view videos in production, videos submitted, and videos in compliance review by the platform.
If the video is not approved by the platform, the status will be updated to Video under revision. The creator will need to revise it according to the requirements.
If the video passes platform review, you may provide feedback with up to 5 edit requests based on reasonable requirements.
Once you click Confirm, the video status will be updated to Video ready to publish.
When the video is ready to be published, you'll be able to:
Publish: You can choose to Publish now immediately to the creator's TikTok account or click Schedule post.
Request authorization: You can request authorization from the creator to Spark their video. If the authorization is approved, you can sync the video to TikTok Ads Manager and deliver it as a Spark ad.
After the video is published, payments held by the platform will be paid out to the creator.
