Enterprise Business Center
TikTok Business Center is a central space to manage your business and advertising on TikTok. If you need to deactivate your Business Center account, you can do so through a series of self-serve steps.
Once you successfully deactivate your Business Center account, you will receive a refund of any remaining account balance within 15–60 days, depending on your region and the date of deactivation.
The following are prerequisites before you can deactivate your Business Center account:
Ensure you are a self-serve client, meaning that you do not have an account representative with TikTok. If you have an account manager and wish to deactivate your Business Center, please reach out to your account representative for more information.
Only Business Center Admins can deactivate a Business Center.
Ensure the billing option for the Business Center account is Manual Payment or Automatic Payment. Business Center accounts using Monthly Invoicing are not eligible for deactivation.
Ensure the status of the Business Center account is not suspended. If your account is suspended, first appeal the suspension.
To appeal the suspension, click Appeal in the hover text next to the Deactivate account button on the Verification page or submit an appeal ticket.
Before deactivating your Business Center, ensure the following tasks are completed:
Close all the ad accounts owned by the Business Center.
Unlink all the ad accounts that the Business Center does not own.
Unlink all associated TikTok Shops.
Unlink all associated TikTok Creator Marketplace accounts.
Unlink all associated TikTok Business Accounts.
Unlink all associated TikTok One accounts.
Unlink all associated parent and child Business Centers.
Ensure the Business Center has no pending members.
Follow the following steps to deactivate your Business Center:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
Click Verification in the left-hand menu.
Click Deactivate account.
Read the deactivation requirements, and click Next.
Ensure that you have completed all deactivation tasks, and click Next.
Note: Any deactivation tasks that have been completed will be marked as "Completed", while outstanding tasks will be marked as "Not completed". Click the "Go to" hyperlink on the right of the status to each outstanding task to complete it.
View your Business Center account's available balance and expected refund amount. Once you have confirmed this information is accurate, click Confirm.
Note: If the amount displayed is incorrect, reach out to customer support within the Business Center to clarify your refund amounts.
Your Business Center account will be marked as "Pending deactivation" for seven days. During this period, you can cancel the request by clicking Stop account deactivation on the top banner of the Verification page.
After the seven-day period, your Business Center account will be deactivated.
You have now deactivated your Business Center account. You will receive a refund of any remaining account balance within 15–60 days, depending on your region and the date of deactivation.
