How to share a Pixel in Business Center with an ad account
You can share TikTok Pixel's in Business Center with ad accounts.
Before you begin
Ensure you can locate your Pixel.
Transfer the Pixel from the ad account to your Business Center.
If there are accounts you'd like to share a Pixel with that are not yet connected to the Business Center, learn how to add an ad account to Business Center.
How to share a Pixel in Business Center with an ad account
To share a Pixel with an ad account:
Log in to Business Center as Admin.
Go to Assets in the sidebar and click Pixel.
Select the Pixel that you want to manage
Go to Linked Accounts to display a list of ad accounts that the Business Center has access to.
Select the ad accounts you want to assign the Pixel to.
Click Confirm.
To unshare the Pixel, go to Linked Accounts and click the trash icon next to the ad account you wish to remove.
Note: Any active campaigns tied to the shared Pixel from that ad account must be manually stopped before proceeding.
When you unshare the Pixel, the ad account will no longer be able to use this Pixel to create new ads, and existing ads using this shared Pixel will be paused.
