How to integrate TikTok lead generation with LeadsBridge

How to Integrate TikTok Lead Generation with LeadsBridge

Step 1: Access the LeadsBridge Integration

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. There are 3 options to access the LeadsBridge integration in TikTok Ads Manager:

    1. Select the Tools tab. Choose Leads Center, and then click Connect CRM.

    2. Select the Tools tab. Choose Instant Page, and then click Instant Form. Select Download Lead Data.

    3. Select the Campaigns tab. Go to the Ad section and then click Download Lead Data.

Step 2: Initiate the integration

  1. Search for LeadsBridge or find it in the list of CRM options.

  2. Select TikTok direct integration.

  3. Log in to your LeadsBridge account to initiate integration.

  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 3: Set up your bridge

Once you've confirmed, you will be redirected to your LeadsBridge account to set up your Bridge. Note: A Bridge is a connection between TikTok lead generation (the source) and your CRM (the destination) that helps to share data based on field mapping when someone submits a new lead on your Instant Form.

To create a bridge with TikTok Lead Generation as a Source:

  1. Head over to the left sidebar and click on the Create new Bridge button.

  2. Click on Create new integration to connect your ad account (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it).

  3. Select from the dropdown the ad account and all the required parameters, including the form used to generate the leads.

Step 4: Configure Your Bridge

Creating a bridge with TikTok lead generation as a Source allows you to integrate the leads that come from a TikTok lead generation campaign right into your favorite CRM. With pre-populated fields and customizable forms, businesses can easily collect relevant data from their audience.


How to postback CRM Events via LeadsBridge to optimize for lead quality

Sending back events data to TikTok through LeadsBridge can help to yield higher-quality leads that are more likely to convert. Note: We recommend that you postback full-funnel and full-channel events for a higher match rate and attribution rate.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you have admin credentials for your LeadsBridge and CRM accounts and admin access to your TikTok Ads Manager account.

  • We only accept multi-language signals in CRM signal postback.

Step 1: Create a CRM event set

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager

  2. Hover over Tools, then select Events Manager.

  3. Click on Connect data source.

  4. Select CRM as the data source.

  5. Create a name for the CRM event.

  6. Log in to your LeadsBridge account.

Step 2: Set up your CRM connection with LeadsBridge

  1. On the screen, you see a list of CRMs. Search for and select your CRM.

  2. Select LeadsBridge as your integration platform.

  3. Click on Connect LeadsBridge account.

  4. Log in to your LeadsBridge account.

  5. Select a LeadsBridge account.

  6. Enter a name to identify the workflow.

  7. Select the user account for your CRM or create a new one.

  8. Select your TikTok ad account from the dropdown.

  9. Click on Next.

Step 3: Configure trigger events and field mapping

  1. Select a trigger event from your CRM. Note: Select an event that can capture changes to the status of the lead as it goes through the sales funnel.

  2. Map the fields between TikTok data and your CRM data accordingly. Note: Lead Status is required. At least one of Lead Id, Email, Phone or Click Id is required.

Step 4: Validate the postback setup

  1. In TikTok Ads Manager, hover over the Tools tab and select Events Manager.

  2. Click on Data sources in the left navigation.

  3. Click the CRM event set that you just created

  4. Observe if the data has flowed into attributed events. It might take 10 minutes for data to sync. If the matched events number is greater than 0, then the postback data has started to come into TikTok, and the configuration is complete.
