In TikTok Ads Manager, navigate to Events Manager by clicking the Tools tab and then Event.

Select Manage under App Events.

Select Create New App,then enter your app URL.

Select your Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP), then click Confirm.

Click on Confirm again to complete the setup and create your app on Events Manager.

Continue the setup process on your MMP using TikTok App ID (if applicable). Ensure all the events are properly set up before starting the campaigns. For more guidance, refer to the MMP help center articles listed in How to transition to SAN for existing apps.
