How to add partners to your Business Center

TikTok Business Center is a central space to manage your business and advertising on TikTok. When you add a partner, you'll be able to share assets and accounts, and set asset and account level permissions.


Before you begin

  • Ensure you have your partner's TikTok Business Center account ID.

  • Ensure you are an Admin or you have an Admin for the current Business Center to be able to add partners.


How to add a partner to your Standard Business Center

To add a partner into your Standard Business Center account:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. On the left hand side menu, click Partners.

  3. Click Add partner.

  4. Enter your partner's Business Center account ID.

    • If you are a Direct Business Center adding an Agency Business Center (or vice versa), you will be asked to confirm if you want to form a media agency partnership at the Business Center level. Select Yes or No. Learn more about media agency partnerships in TikTok Business Center.

    • Note: If you select Yes and the invited Business Center approves, a Media agency partnership label will appear next to their name. The label indicates that you have formed a media agency partnership at the Business Center level with the partner.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Select the accounts and assets you'd like this partner to access and set the access permissions.

  7. Click Assign.


How to add a partner to your Enterprise Business Center

To add a partner into your Enterprise Business Center account:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. From the left hand side menu, click Organization.

  3. Click Add a Business Center and click Add a partner.

  4. Enter your partner's Business Center account ID.

    • If you are a Direct Business Center adding an Agency Business Center (or vice versa), you will be asked to confirm if you want to form a media agency partnership at the Business Center level. Select Yes or No. Learn more about media agency partnerships in TikTok Business Center.

    • Note: If you select Yes and the invited Business Center approves, a Media agency partnership label will appear next to their name. The label indicates that you have formed a media agency partnership at the Business Center level with the partner.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Select the accounts and assets you'd like this partner to access and set the access permissions.

  7. Click Assign.


After accepting the invitation, your partner will be able to view all shared assets and accounts in their Business Center account.
