About Web Business Suite
The TikTok Business Account Web Business Suite is a central location for all features and functions that come with a TikTok Business Account.
In addition to using Business Suite on the TikTok app, Web Business Suite allows you to access all of your Business Account content and insights through a web browser for ease of use.
TikTok Business Account users will be able to get insights from their analytics, get inspiration from Creative Hub, download their leads from Leads manager and leverage ads from TikTok for Business and more.
Navigating Web Business Suite
Make sure your account is a TikTok Business Account. To learn how to switch over to a Business Account, refer to How to Switch to a TikTok Business Account.
Go to tiktok.com on your web browser.
From there, click your profile picture, and from the drop-down menu, select Business Suite which leads you to the Homepage.
Web Business Suite houses Analytics, Creative Hub, Leads manager, and Activity & support sections. You can also find the Business registration option under the Settings section.
Homepage
In this tab, Business Accounts are shown New followers, New likes, New profile visits, and New video views data for date ranges of Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days. Business Accounts can also schedule posts using Scheduler. Planning posts in advance can help you save time and boost audience reach.
Analytics
The Analytics section provides an overview breakdown along with deeper insights into audience and content.
Overview: In this tab, Business Accounts can access and download their Reach, Engagement, Conversion, Followers data for date ranges of Last 7 days, Last 28 days, Last 60 days, or a custom date range.
Audience: In this tab, Business Accounts can access and download their audience's profile data including New followers, Gender, Age, Top countries, Top cities, and Activity for date ranges of Last 7 days, Last 28 days, Last 60 days, or a custom date range.
Video: In this tab, Business Accounts can check out their videos for Last 7 days, Last 28 days, Last 60 days, or a custom date range sorted by Newest or Most viewed.
Creative Hub
In this tab, Business Accounts are shown the most trending videos and get creative inspiration by selecting Most views, Most comments, or Most shares for date ranges of 1d, 7d, 15d, or 30d.
Leads manager
In this tab, Business Accounts can check and download their leads generated by Business Account Lead Generation.

Activity & support
TikTok For Business: In this tab, Business Accounts can access TikTok Ads Manager by clicking Get Started. They can also learn more information about TikTok Ads Manager by clicking Help Center.
TikTok Shop: In this tab, Business Accounts can sign up as TikTok Shop seller to embrace faster and greater business growth. TikTok Shop is an e-commerce solution integrated within TikTok. Powered by TikTok's unique discovery engine, it enables sellers, brands, and creators to sell products directly on TikTok.
Settings
Business Registration: In this tab, Business Accounts can register their business by providing business information and qualifications.
After registration, Business Accounts can display their business information on the business profile and enjoy upcoming advanced features for their business.
