Integrating your Business Accounts into a Business Center is a powerful step toward unifying your brand's organic and paid activities on TikTok. This centralization provides a single dashboard to manage everything from direct messages and lead generation to running ad campaigns with your TikTok content. It simplifies your workflow, enhances team collaboration, and offers a holistic view of your performance.

Note: Only Business Center Admins can add Business Accounts to a Business Center. If you are not the admin, coordinate with your Business Center admin to have the accounts added.
To add all your Business Accounts to an existing Business Center, follow these steps:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account or you can click here to skip steps 1-5.
Click Accounts in the left-hand menu.
Click TikTok accounts.
Click Add a TikTok Account.
Click Link existing.
Click Copy QR code to download and share the QR code with the Business Account owner.
Ask the Business Account owner to scan the QR code in the TikTok app and grant the Business Center permissions to the account.
To access the QR Code Scanner via the Profile page in the mobile TikTok app:
Go to the Profile page.
Tap the three dashes on the top right corner of the screen.
Tap Your QR code.
Tap the Scan icon on the top right corner of the screen.
When your request is approved, the Business Account will appear in the Business Account management section of the TikTok accounts tab in your Business Center.
To add additional Business Accounts, repeat the preceding steps.
In some scenarios, such as a company managing diverse subsidiaries or a large business with separate divisions, creating a new Business Center is the ideal approach. This ensures that accounts, permissions, and billing remain neatly organized and distinct.
If you already have a Business Center and want to create a new Business Center to add all your Business Accounts to that Business Center, follow these steps:
Create an additional Business Center:
Go to the Business Center website and click Log in on the top right corner to log in to your TikTok for Business account.
On the top right corner of the Select an account page, click Create new.
Select the business type that best describes your business.

Enter and select your country or region.
Enter the name of your business.
Confirm that your company name and Business Center name match.
Confirm the time zone and currency are correct.
Click Create.
(Optional) In the 2-step verification pop-up, click Turn on to enhance account security with 2-step verification.
Once you create an additional Business Center, you'll automatically become an Admin for that Business Center, allowing you to add Business Accounts to it.

If you already have an ad account but haven't yet created a Business Center, creating a Business Center from it is a seamless way to upgrade your management capabilities. This process automatically links your ad account, ensuring a smooth transition.
To create a new Business Center from an ad account and add all your Business Accounts to that Business Center, follow these steps:
Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Click the three dashes on the top left corner of the screen.
Click Business Center.
Set up a Business Center by following the guided instructions.

As your business evolves, you may need to restructure how your Business Accounts are managed. Moving Business Accounts from one Business Center to another is a straightforward process that allows you to realign your accounts with your current operational needs.
To move Business Accounts from one Business Center to another, follow these steps:
Unlink the Business Accounts from the current Business Center. You have two options to unlink Business Accounts:
From the Business Center:
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account or you can click here to skip steps i-iii.
Click Accounts in the left-hand menu.
Click TikTok accounts.
In the Action column for the Business Account that you want to remove the Business Center's access from, click View.
Click Delete.
Click Confirm.
From the TikTok app:
Go to the Profile page.
Tap the three dashes on the top right corner of the screen.
Tap Settings and privacy.
Tap Security and permissions.
Tap Apps and services permissions.
Tap TikTok Business Center.
Tap the Business Center that the Business Account is linked to and tap Remove Access.
