How to integrate your Business Account with Business Center

Use the following steps to integrate your Business Account with Business Center. The integration will then activate features for managing direct messages and multiple user permissions.

Integrating a Business Account with Business Center requires a registered Business Account. Learn how to register your Business Account.

How to integrate your Business Account with Business Center

To integrate your Business Account with Business Center:

1. Log into Business Center.

2. Go to the Assets module, click the TikTok accounts page, and click Request access.

3. Choose Manage direct messages and click Next.

4. Scan the QR code with your registered Business Account that you want to link to the Business Center. Note: Make sure you are using the latest version of the TikTok app to scan the code.

   • Open the TikTok app and tap Profile.

   • Click Add friends.

   • Click [-] at the top right corner to scan the code.

5. Go to Authorization Page on the TikTok app, click Continue, and wait for account authorization to complete.

After the account authorization is approved, the account will appear in your assets and you'll be able to give access to your members. To unlink a Business Account, follow these instructions.
