How to manage invoices in TikTok Business Center

Last updated: December 2024

Invoices are generated in Business Center when using Automatic Payment, Monthly Invoicing, or Manual Payment. With this feature, you can check on the payment status of your invoices, and pay your invoices from a single location in Business Center. If you use Business Center to manage your invoices, TikTok will still provide copies of your invoices over email.

Note: The frequency of invoices can't be changed. Invoices are generated based on the billing date, once the billing threshold is reached, or after a top up is completed for manual payments.

Before you begin

  • Check all email tabs and folders, including Spam or Junk.

  • Check if your email is correct in Business Center.

  • Learn about asset level permissions to determine if you have the required access to view and download invoices. Only a Business Center Admin, or Business Center member with a Finance role can view and manage invoices. Your Business Center admin can grant you these permissions.

  • Confirm that the Business Center you're currently logged into is connected to the ad account you're referring to.

  • Follow these steps if your ad account is managed by Business Center.
