Manage account settings on a TikTok Business Center account

Whether you need to update your personal phone email or phone number, or details related to your business such as your Business Center account name, you can manage this directly from your TikTok Business Center account. Only the Admin has access to edit the business settings. You can view who is an Admin by looking at the member's section in your account.


To facilitate better transparency for users and support a trusted ads environment, TikTok will authenticate all advertiser accounts by requiring you to submit a verification document for review. Refer to How to Complete Business Verification to learn more.


If you're interested in changing the name or website of the business connected to your Business Center account, please reach out to your sales representative. If you don't have a managed account, please file a Customer Support ticket by clicking the ? icon and selecting Customer Support, which will take you to the ticket creation page.


How to edit personal user information

  1. ​Go to Business Center.

  2. ​Click Business Settings.

  3. ​Under "Your Information", click Edit.

  4. Change your email, phone number, or password in the User Settings of TikTok For Business.

How to change the Business Center name or profile

Note: Only the Admin can have the access to edit the business settings.


  1. ​Go to Business Center.

  2. ​Click Business Settings.

  3. ​To change the name:

    • Under "Business Center Information", ​click Edit.

    • ​Enter the name.

    • ​Click Save.

  4. ​To change profile image:

    • ​Click the avatar under Business Center Information.

    • ​Upload a new image from your computer.

    • ​Adjust image size.

    • ​Click Submit.


FAQs

Am I able to change the Business Center Admin after I've created the account?

Yes, you can grant another member of the Business Center Admin access after you've created your account. To add an Admin, refer to Add Users to TikTok Business Center.


Am I able to change business information after I've created an account?

Unfortunately, you can not change your business information like the company name in Business Center directly, we recommend you ensure this information is accurate when creating your account. If you are a managed customer, you can reach out to your sales representative to initiate the process, or you can file a ticket with this request.


Can I change my Business Center region, currency, or time zone?

You can not change your Business Center region, currency, or time zone after registration, so please be sure these are correct when setting up your account. If you have any questions, please reach out to your dedicated sales representative or file a ticket.


Can I delete my Business Center account?
