If you forgot your password to log in to TikTok Business Center, you can use your email or phone number to retrieve your account.
How to reset your password for TikTok Business Center
To reset your password for TikTok Business Center:
Go to Business Center
Click Log in.
Click Forgot password.
Provide an email address or phone number you used to set up your Business Center account.
In the Verification code section, click Send code. You’ll receive a verification code at the email address or phone number you provided.
Copy the verification code you received and enter a new password.
If you don’t have access to the email or phone number connected to your Business Center account, you won’t be able to reset your password. This is a security measure to ensure the safety and security of all our Business Center accounts.
