How to reset Business Center password
Use your email or phone number to retrieve your account if you forget your password to log in to your TikTok Business Center.
Before you begin
Ensure you have a Business Center.
Ensure you have access to the phone number or email address you used to create your Business Center.
Note: If you don’t have access to the email or phone number connected to your Business Center account, you won’t be able to reset your password. This is a security measure to ensure the safety and security of all Business Center accounts.
How to reset your password for TikTok Business Center
To reset your password for TikTok Business Center:
Go to Business Center.
Click Log in.
Click Forgot password.
Provide the email address or phone number you used to set up your Business Center account.
In the Verification code section, click Send code. You’ll receive a verification code at the email address or phone number you provided.
You may be asked to verify you are a human. Complete the prompt, then click Confirm.
Enter the verification code you received.
Create a new password.
Confirm the new password.
Click Reset Password. A 2-step verification prompt will appear in the same window.
Enter the code sent through 2-step verification.
After you have created and confirmed a new password, you will be able to access your Business Center.
