Before getting started: The feature to link TikTok to TikTok For Business is currently in testing and not available for all users.
Overview
User Settings is a toolbox for managing your TikTok For Business account. Including your login email, phone number, password and linking relationship with a TikTok account.
From the User Settings page you can update the information you use to sign in to TikTok For Business, including ads manager, Business Center, mobile lite, etc.) and you can also link or unlink your TikTok account with your TikTok For Business account.
Note: This is different from your TikTok Ads Manager account settings, which is for managing ad account information, such as account name, business information and primary contact.
User Settings is where you will go if you need to:
Change password/ phone number/ email: You may want to change the password/ phone number/ email for security reasons or if you revoke access to TikTok For Business for a member of your team. User Settings is the place to go to manage this.
Add phone number: We know that keeping up with all your passwords is a headache, so User Setting lets you log in to your account with just your phone. Adding a phone number to your account in User Settings also lets you change your password when your email is not working.
Link your TikTok account with TikTok For Business: If you want to log in to TikTok For Business with a TikTok account, and use the organic video to deliver ads, linking your TikTok account with TikTok For Business will meet your needs.
Unlink your TikTok account from TikTok For Business: If you want to update the current linking relationship following your business requirements, you can choose to unlink it here.
Upgrade your TikTok account to a Business Account: A TikTok Business Account is where businesses of all kinds can set up a profile, build brand presence with organic content, and grow their business through a variety of tools, you can upgrade it directly in User Settings.

Accessing User Settings
You can access your User Settings from either: TikTok Ads Manager, Business Center, or via a direct link.
TikTok Ads Manager
Click on your profile icon on the Ads Manager page.
Click on User Settings in the drop-down menu.
Business Center
Click on your profile icon on the Business Center page.
Click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
